HJ260(low Manganese-oxide flux)
DESCRIPTION:
HJ260 is a fused type low manganese-oxide flux with vitreous granule o f gray color about 10-60mesh in size. It is suitable for use DECP. The arc is table and the bead appearance is good.
APPLICATIONS:
In combination with stainless steel wires(such as HoCr21Ni10, HoCr21Ni10Ti, H3Cr13 etc. ), this flux is suitable for welding of appropriate acid resistance stainless and is also suitable for surfacing of rolls.
GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:
1. Dry the flux at 300-400 for 2 hours before use
2. Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
