SJ102 is high basicity sinter flux, offwhite round grain. Grain Size mesh:10-60 basicity:3.0,have good welding procedure, good weld joint and excellent high temperature slag removing .There is no Mn and Si transfer in weld metal. It’s adopt DCEP powder and matching low carbon steel low alloy steel austenite steel and martensite steel wire in multiple-layer welding. The weld metal have mechanical property and high low temperature impact toughness, it is used for bead welding in matching proper wire have good high temperature oxidation resistance and wear resistance capability.
